Seeking a Catholic Community to call home? Been away from the Church? Curious about Jesus?

Wherever you are in your faith journey, you are welcome at St. Stephen the Martyr. We truly mean it! Even if it’s been awhile since you’ve attended Mass or you’re not at all familiar with the Catholic Church, our door is open and we have a seat for you. We want you to know that no matter your struggles or faults, Jesus Christ is reaching out to you with his infinite mercy and abundant love.
We are the largest Catholic parish in Nebraska serving over 600 students in our School (PreK – 8 Grade), 900 youth in our Religious Education and Youth Ministry programs and over 3,200 families, plus many more through our Care and Outreach Ministries. Our community is always growing as we welcome new individuals and families. Here you’ll discover a spiritual family eager to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus.
The word “catholic” means universal, and that is really what the Catholic Church is – a universal body of believers, united in a message that is not it’s own, but comes from God’s self-revelation in Jesus Christ two thousand years ago, yet is ever-new and renewing as it is received, celebrated, lived and contemplated today. There are 1.2 billion Catholics, speaking every language located all over the world. We’d like to welcome you to our corner of the world, where lives are enriched through God’s love in the sacraments. Christ himself is the answer to all the world’s tribulations, encounter His deep love for you here at St. Stephen the Martyr.

Join us for Mass this weekend!

While you’re here, please stop by the Welcome Table in the Gathering Space, introduce yourself and learn how we can support your faith journey.
