Community Life

“[A parish]…must be a place of mercy freely given, where everyone can feel welcomed, loved, forgiven, and encouraged to live the good life of the Gospel.” – Pope Francis, Evangelii Gaudium

As a Catholic parish, our bond in the love of Jesus compels us to live our lives in community with one another. Although these groups are ancillary to our mission, they are a result of community life.

We welcome you into our community!

Browse the below ways to get involved in our groups and organizations that are affiliated with St. Stephen the Martyr:

Through the St. Stephen the Martyr Sports Club, youth sports are offered to all parishioners enrolled in our school and/or religious education program. We offer Cross Country, Volleyball, Soccer, Track, and Basketball.

We also offer Adult Co-Ed Volleyball and Adult Men’s Basketball.

Council of Catholic Women supports, empowers, and educates the Catholic women in the Archdiocese of Omaha, specifically in the areas of spirituality, service and leadership. They perform service to the parish and provide fellowship for women at St. Stephen the Martyr.
