Welcome to St. Stephen the Martyr

St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church is a community for all people to encounter Christ, know Christ, and proclaim Christ.

St. Stephen the Martyr was established as a parish on June 13, 1989 in Omaha, Nebraska. The Church building was dedicated on November 22, 1991 by Archbishop Daniel E. Sheehan. The parish now has over 3500 families with 13,000+ individuals.

Holy Week Schedule

Confession: Tuesday, April 16 from 4:30 - 6:30 pm; Wednesday, April 17 from 4:30 - 5:30 pm and 7 - 8 pm; Thursday, April 18 from 8 - 9 am and 11 am - 12 pm

Mass of the Lord’s Supper: Thursday, April 18th at 7:00 p.m.
Good Friday Service: Friday, April 19th at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
Good Friday Youth Group Passion Play: Friday, April 19th at 5:00 p.m.
Easter Vigil: Saturday, April 20th at 8:30 p.m.

Easter Sunday Masses (April 21): Normal Sunday Liturgy Schedule with the addition of 9:05 a.m. and 10:35 a.m. in our gymnasium.

Sat: 8:00am, 5:00pm
Sun: 7:30am, 9:00am, 10:30am, Noon, 6:00pm

Reconciliation / Confession

Tues: 5:30pm-6:30pm or by apt.
Sat: 3:30pm - 4:45pm
