- SSM Basketball is open to all registered parishioners and students in grades 4th-8th for boys and girls. We welcome students of all capacities and those also enrolled in other sports.
- Registration is now closed. The Registration Deadline was Noon CDT Wednesday, October 11th.
- Registraitons Fees: $105.00 per player. No refunds after tryouts.
- Late Registration Fee: Registrations received after this date will be subject to late fees, and may result in missing tryouts and not being placed on a team best suited to your student’s skill level.
- Unreturned Uniform Fee: All players will be provided with St. Stephen the Martyr issued uniforms that are to be returned at the end of the season. Failure to return your uniform by the return deadline (date to be communicated later in the season) will result in an $85 fee, which is the cost to replace the uniform.
- Boys tryouts will be held on Sunday, October 15th & 22nd at St. Stephen the Martyr Gym as listed below. To ensure accurate team placement and a fair evaluation, it is imperative that all players attend both tryout dates. Attendance at a minimum of one tryout date is mandatory, as failure to do so may result in inaccurate team placement.

- 5th Grade Boys: 4:10 – 5:10 PM
- 6th Grade Boys: 5:20 – 6:20 PM
- 7th Grade Boys: 6:30 – 7:30 PM
- 8th Grade Boys: 7:40 – 8:40 PM
- Sunday, October 22nd
- 4th Grade Boys: 3:30 – 4:30 PM
- 5th Grade Boys: 4:40 – 5:40 PM
- 6th Grade Boys: 5:50 – 6:50 PM
- 7th Grade Boys: 7:00 – 8:00 PM
- 8th Grade Boys: 8:10 – 9:10 PM
- Sunday, October 15th
- Girls’ Tryouts: In recent years SSM has had a low turnout for girls’ basketball, so the girls’ tryout date (if needed) will be finalized once it is determined how many are signed up. You will be notified by e-mail of the girls’ tryout date, if needed, after registration closes.
